Originally these images were scanned at 2400 x 2800 and converted to .JPEG file format.  Then the images were optimized using ULEAD Smartsaver Pro.  Images are from 35mm transparency and 35mm B/W films.  To see these images and more at full resolution go to my Public Albums HERE.

View from the loft - in Southern Chile Havana Cuba - Enjoying Cuba's finest Rana Kao Crater - Easter Island. This crater is 1 mile across and nearly perfectly round. The erie view from space gives this crater the name "Eye of the World" or "Naval of the Earth". I call this simply "Purple". Curanipe - S.Chile

G-Land - Java, Indonesia. Low tide at the famous surf spot. Gapagos Islands - this stunning rock is actually the remains of on ancient volcanic core. About a mile offshore of San Cristobal Is. it's shape looks like a giant lion's head, where it get's it's name. Vanapu - Easter Island. This rarely ridden wave forshadows the Chilean Naval vessel. Lions in Serengeti - Kenya. This photo was used on the cover of the San Diego Zoo's "ZooNooz" magazine.
